Night Trunk Driver (Class 1 C+E) – Dinnington, Sheffield
About the Role
Major Logistics are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for a well-established depot-based operation in Dinnington, Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform night trunking work (no multi-drop deliveries)
- Conduct depot-to-depot hauls
- Operate on a Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Set shift times:
- Start at 17:00 (5 PM)
- Finish approximately at 04:00 (4 AM)
- Work a 55-hour working week (structured rotating roster)

Salary & Benefits
- £38,720 per annum
- Stable and ongoing work with consistent schedule
- Regular start times and overnight routes
- Monday–Friday only
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) commercial driving licence (large goods vehicle qualifications)
- Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) & Digital Tachograph Card
- Trunking experience preferred (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of HGV driver hour regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethos
