About The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you will:
- Accountable for the efficient and timely delivery of AdBlue to commercial clients throughout the South of England.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring their needs were met to a high standard.
- Maintained consistent communication with the transport team to deliver updates and proactively manage customer expectations.
- Actively participated in ongoing training and development to ensure compliance with industry standards and to continuously improve service delivery.
- The role requires flexibility for overnight stays, typically up to 4 nights per week, depending on delivery routes and operational schedules.
Essential Skills And Qualifications
- Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.
- Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Confident, polite, and a team player.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
