About the Role
Vital Role in Customer Satisfaction As a driver at Booker, you’ll be central to delivering excellence—ensuring customers meet demand while providing friendly, reliable support. You’ll operate across a 7-day workweek, including potential weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
To succeed in this position, you’ll need to:
- Keep retailers’ shelves stocked—load vehicles at our branches and unload products accurately at customer sites.
- Handle paperwork meticulously—ensure deliveries are documented correctly.
- Maintain high standards—adapt to meet varying demands, particularly during high-volume periods.

Essential Criteria
- Licence: Valid Cat C / Medicines and Torazines Wholesale (18T) licence or Class 2
- Experience:
- At least 2 years’ driving experience (preferably in delivery roles)
- Familiarity with manual deliveries required
- Customer Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Literacy & Numeracy: Strong literacy and numeracy to manage documentation and invoices.
