Class 2 Delivery Driver
Function: Distribution Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 43 hours per week Start Time: Between 03:30 and 04:00 Location: Paddock Wood Salary: £831.76 per week

Your Recipe for Success
- Six-week on-the-job induction supported by our driver training team.
- Early shifts (03:30–04:00) mean your afternoons are free.
- Autonomy is key—you load your own vehicle, pick and verify orders at the depot or en-route.
- Trusted to relay vehicle faults to inspection forms (basic vehicle maintenance & transport legislation knowledge essential).
- We recognise multiple daily deliveries as face-to-face brand ambassador roles—expect personal customer relationships and top-tier customer service.
- Fixed 5-day rotation, including weekends (43-hour weeks, sometimes fewer). Flexibility for personal planning.
What You’ll Deliver
✔ Load and unload baked goods without error. ✔ Accurate, orderly order picking. ✔ Efficiency = getting deliveries straight to soldiers, customers, mouths ready! If you thrive on order, precision, and hands-on challenge—this role could be baked for you.
