Class 2 Driver (Full-Time, Permanent) – GXO Logistics
Are you an experienced Class 2 driver looking for a change? Do you want to work for a market-leading company with fantastic benefits? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you!
At GXO Logistics, we are seeking a full-time, permanent Class 2 Driver to join our team in Northampton, working for our customer Brewers. Your role will involve delivering caged and wheeled dollies to distribution centres.
Contract & Working Hours
- Salary: £42,500 per year, paid monthly
- Holiday Entitlement included
- Workplace pension supported
- Hours: 48 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between 05:00 and 08:00.

Your duties will include:
- Delivering customer products in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring safe work practices to protect yourself and others
- Providing high-quality customer service on-site
- Ownership and escalation of delivery issues as required when necessary
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently moving and delivering products
- Adhering to stringent health and safety regulations
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- Managing minor issues and escalating larger concerns to the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- Digital Tachograph Card in possession
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- No endorsements for DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC, or TT99 within the last 5 years
- A proactive and flexible approach
