Logistics done differently.
We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team, operating from an outbase in Avonmouth while working alongside our wider Doncaster operation.
This is a day shift role, with up to two overnight stays per week and early start times between (05:00 and 06:00) supported by overnight trunking—your vehicle will be pre-loaded overnight, ready for your delivery routes the following day.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Multi-drop delivery of high-end kitchens to construction sites and private homes across the UK
- Completing 6–8 deliveries per day with a strong focus on customer service
- Double manning with a porter to support safe deliveries
- Using PDA scanners for accurate delivery tracking and sign-off
- Carrying out manual handling using equipment such as pump trucks and sack barrows

What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- A Full Category C (Class 2) Licence
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card & CPC
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR or IN endorsements)
- A professional attitude and strong customer service skills
