About the Role: Class 2 Driver
As a Class 2 Driver with Carlsberg Britvic, you’ll form a dray crew with a Driver’s Mate, visiting multiple sites daily to deliver stock while interacting with customers. This role plays a critical part in our logistics success—ensuring seamless distribution while maintaining safety, punctuality, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Operations:
- Operate lorries up to 26 tonnes, delivering beer and soft drinks to customers nationwide.
- Ensure on-time deliveries using deep knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.

Team Collaboration & Customer Relations:
- Work closely with Driver’s Mates and warehouse teams for loading/unloading stock.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a brand ambassador for Carlsberg Britvic.
- Represent our company professionally, reflecting our culture of brilliance and integrity.

Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have: ✅ Valid Class 2 Driver’s Licence with a current CPC Drivers Card. ✅ Up-to-date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving safety regulations. ✅ Strong customer service orientation and willingness to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Desirable (Training Provided): 🔹 Manual handling experience/training (full training available as part of induction). 🔹 Familiarity with logistics operations or familiarity with delivery routes in West Thurrock/Essex area.
