Class 2 Driver
Job Opportunity: Multi-drop Class 2 Driver – Theale, Reading
We are seeking a Multi-drop Class 2 Driver for a busy distribution company in Theale, Reading.
About the Role
The role involves operating within a fast-paced distribution environment, delivering multiple drop-off locations per route.
- Hours: Initially 06:30 – 15:30 (1-hour unpaid break, subject to adjustment)
- Pay: £31,000 – £32,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect goods across multiple sites using a Class 2 Goods Vehicle
- Adhere to tight delivery schedules while maintaining accuracy
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Safely operate the vehicle and comply with all driving regulations
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and reporting duties

Requirements & Experience
Applicants must have:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Class 2 Goods Vehicle Driver
- Valid Driver CPC and an active tachograph driver’s card
- Licence with fewer than 3 penalty points
- Multi-drop delivery experience is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery schedules independently
- Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation
- A flexible and team-oriented approach, with initiative and problem-solving skills
