Classification 2 HGV Driver
Location: Colnbrook, Slough
Savanna Staff Solutions is urgently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver for our TV and Film production client, a leading industry player in lighting equipment and generator hire.
About the Role
Our client operates within the film and TV production industry and requires a Seasonal Class 2 Driver for both one-off contracts and ongoing year-round work.
Duties Include:
- Pre- and post-journey vehicle inspection using a mobile app
- Collection and delivery of lighting equipment across various UK sites (excludes loading/unloading)
- Backing onto bays with operator verification
- Strict adherence to smooth and impeccable driving standards

Requirements
Due to insurance policies, all applicants must satisfy the following:
- UK Driving Licence (Category C/HGV Class 2) held for at least one year, with past on-road experience
- Competency driving a manual gearbox transmission vehicle
- Fully holder of DQC CPC and DIGI Card with no breaches
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual tacho entry
- Current UK settlement status
