Description

As the Classroom Support Aide, you will assist the Teacher or Lead Teacher in implementing classroom activities and provide physical care of the children to ensure:
- Safety rules are observed.
- Children are properly supported.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Preferred education: Some college coursework in early childhood education.
- Experience: Strong preference for experience working with children and families.
- Bilingual: Preferred to be bilingual in Spanish.

Job Details
Compensation
- Hourly rate: Range is between $16.99–$20.39 per hour, with offers based on experience.
- Bilingual adjustments: Additional compensation may apply for bilingual candidates.
- Note: This range reflects Brightpoint’s current estimate and may change based on factors including experience, education, skills, certification, and alignment with organizational needs. Compensation practices prioritise fair and equitable pay while maintaining diversity and inclusion.
