School: Bengeworth CE Academy DAteg Start: September 2026 Role: Classroom Support Professional Type: Full-Time – Maternity Cover Hours: 31.25 hours per week Term: Term-time only + Inset Days Hours per Day: 8.30am – 3.15pm (Monday – Friday) Pay Scale: TA2 pt 5 – 6 (£18,560 – £18,855 per year, pay award pending)

We are seeking a caring, kind and committed Classroom Support Professional to join our school team. The right candidate should support our children’s learning through our creative and exciting curriculum, enabling all pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate a good level of literacy & numeracy skills, including:
- GCSE English & Maths at Grade C/4 or above
- Understand the interplay between classroom support and student learning
- Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Cultivate a child-centred, growth-focused environment
- Align fully with the school’s ethos, Christian values, and high expectations
