Classroom Support Professional

Location: Bengeworth CE Academy Contract: Full Time Permanent Hours: 31.25 hours per week (term-time only + Inset Days) Term: 8.30am – 3.15pm (Monday–Friday) Salary: £18,560 – £18,855 (or pending future pay award as per Scale TA2, Pt 5-6) Reference: Annual Role (September 2026 Entry)

Key Responsibilities

The role requires a caring and kind individual with:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills: English and Maths GCSE at Grade C/4+ (or equivalent).
  • Clear understanding of supporting children’s learning.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Initiative to enable children to thrive academically and emotionally.
  • Alignment with the school’s ethos, Christian values, and high expectations.
