Support Assistant – Make a Real Difference Every Day
We are looking for amazing people to represent us and be Xi in Schools around the country!
Bring your genuine, friendly nature to a role where you’ll help students grow in confidence, self-belief, and motivation. As a Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with our team to identify learners who may benefit from extra one-to-one support — and you’ll be the person who helps them shine.
YOU WILL EARN £90 PER DAY!

We work in teams of 3 or 4, delivering our innovative, multi-award-winning programmes directly in schools. Our sessions are designed to inspire, motivate, and create a positive learning environment — and above all… WE MAKE THE LESSONS FUN!

Job Requirements for School Support Role at PET-Xi
To be considered for the School Support role at PET-Xi in the Training department, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred
