- Deliver inspiring, inclusive lessons across primary core and foundation subjects.
- Establish a structured, positive classroom environment built on mutual respect and high expectations.
- Accurately monitor pupil data to identify, target, and close learning gaps effectively.
- Direct and deploy classroom teaching assistants creatively to maximize pupil achievement.
- Maintain open, proactive communication with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
Requirements for the Role
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs are encouraged).
- Solid understanding of the UK National Primary Curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies.
- A current Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness for one).
- Exceptional communication, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
