We're hiring a Claude Practitioner
Get AI Powers only does Claude. We're Anthropic resellers and we've backed Claude 100%, because we think it's the one model that's actually serious about doing this properly for business rather than shipping a consumer toy. We don't touch ChatGPT. That's not snobbery, it's a decision about where the real value sits, and we've committed to it fully.
Here's what we actually do. We go into businesses, mostly financial services firms and cybersecurity resellers at the minute, and we get their teams using Claude, Cowork and Claude Code properly and securely. We help them build their own skills, their own internal tools, and in some cases their own SaaS applications, so they own the thing rather than renting it off someone forever. So far that's saved our clients a combined half a million pounds in development fees, and that's before you count the clients they've won and the ones they now keep because the service got noticeably better.
The bit that actually gets us out of bed is simpler than any of that though. We help people love their job again. When you take the mind-numbing admin off someone's plate, they stop drowning and they get their time back, which they then spend on the stuff a computer will never do for them, like building the relationships and doing the creative, high-value work they were hired for in the first place. I describe what we do as getting people off the computer, and I mean it literally.
So, the role
As a Claude Practitioner you'll be hands-on with clients, coaching non-technical teams from nervous to genuinely capable, usually inside about 4 weeks. You'll build alongside them in Claude, Cowork and Claude Code, designing skills and systems that fit how they actually work rather than bolting AI on as one more thing for everyone to ignore. And you'll be the person who makes it stick, because the reality is most AI projects don't die from bad tech, they die because nobody changed how they work.

The day to day, roughly:
- Coaching and managing a handful of client businesses on using Claude properly for their actual roles, not generic prompt tips, and helping each of them build out their own skills and a solid knowledge base so their Claude environment gets sharper the longer they use it.
- Building the things that make the learning stick when you're not in the room, like custom progress dashboards so clients can see how far they've come, and interactive quizzes that are genuinely a bit of fun rather than a corporate tick-box exercise.
- Helping run the Claude Co-Founder community, answering members' questions and getting stuck into the posts yourself, because a community only stays alive when someone who actually knows their stuff is in there rather than leaving it to run on autopilot.
Who we're after:
- You're already deep in Claude. You use it daily, you've built real things with it, and you can teach it to someone who's frightened of it without ever making them feel stupid.
- You can build. Skills, Cowork workflows, internal systems, and ideally some comfort with Claude Code. You don't need to be a career developer, but you do need to be someone who makes things rather than just talks about them.
- You're genuinely good with people. Half of this job is technical and the other half is patience plus the knack for translating tech into plain English. If you can't hold a room full of nervous accountants, this isn't the one for you.
- You care about the outcome, not the demo. We're not here to look clever in a meeting, we're here to give people their evenings back.

Now, the pay
This starts as a contractor role, not because we're being tight, but because we're scaling and we want to find the right people and give you the room to prove you're one of them. Base is £3,000 a month, which is £36,000 a year, for a junior practitioner, and it climbs from there with experience. Once you're running 3 clients, it converts into a proper salaried role. And because we don't believe in capping good people, there's real performance upside on top of the base, taking you to £6,000 a month, or £72,000 a year, when you're firing on all cylinders.
