About the Role
As the UK’s leading Healthcare Charity and fitness provider, Nuffield Health is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Our Clean Team plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and pleasant atmosphere of our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs.
This Clean Team Member role will require you to work efficiently, with guidance from a Team Leader, to ensure our facilities are pristine for customers. You’ll use cutting-edge cleaning equipment and products, supported by extensive, first-class training. As a key member of the team, you’ll need friendly communication, organisation skills, and a pride in your work.

Responsibilities
As a Clean Team Member, your primary duties include:
- Cleaning and preparing various areas across our clubs
- Ensuring the environment remains safe, clean, and pleasant for customers
- Operating equipment safely (e.g., scrubber dryers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners)
- Manage tasks such as:
- Gym cleaning
- Changing rooms and expertise
- Shower & poolside cleaning
- Waste removal
- Periodic deep cleaning
Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience (or a strong attitude) in a similar cleaning role
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers
- The ability to organise work and prioritise tasks effectively
- Willingness to work part-time (23 hours per week)
- Passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
