Cleaning Operational Opportunities – Tranent, Edinburgh Office (EH33 2NE)

Job Overview

We are recruiting a Cleaner for our Tranent facility (EH33 2NE), Edinburgh.

  • Shift: Monday to Friday (07:30 to 15:30)
  • On-site requirement: Full attendance daily
  • Commute: Own transport essential due to location

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for comprehensive cleaning services across office, laboratory, and general areas, including cleaning surfaces, floors, benches, and corridors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning within assigned areas
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and attention to detail
  • Keep constant vigilance on cleaning schedules and tasks for different departments

Requirements

Must meet the following criteria for consideration:

  • Preferred: Previous cleanliness experience
  • Essential:
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Flexible and hard-working attitude
    • Reliable and punctual

Hours & Compensation

  • Work Pattern: Part-time or full-time (36.25 hours/week)
  • Salary (proposed): £24,050.50 **per annum (paid monthly)
