Cleaning Operative – Portsmouth & Southsea
Enhanced DBS Required – Part-Time Shift Work
Role Overview
Enhanced DBS Clearance required. Monday to Friday evening shift cleaner needed for an ongoing position in Portsmouth & Southsea.
- Salary: £12 – £15 per hour
- Type: Part-Time
- Location: Southsea, Hampshire (South East, UK)
- Availability: Immediate start (Monday–Friday)
- DBS Check: Enhanced with child clearance mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Main duties include:
- General cleaning
- Dusting/wiping surfaces (desks, shelves, filing cabinets, windowsills)
- Vacuuming and mopping floors in offices, hallways, and communal areas
- Waste management
- Emptying bins and replacing liners (offices, kitchens, and bathrooms)
- Sanitation & hygiene
- Cleaning toilets, sinks, restrooms, and surfaces
- Wiping down window interiors
- Maintenance reporting
- Logging any issues requiring attention
