We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our hard-working team at The White Hart Hotel. No experience is required—we only need a good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all areas of the establishment: customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff rooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines using standard operating procedures.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify the manager when more are needed.
- Report maintenance and pest-control issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Engage with customers with politeness and professionalism (e.g., greeting, thanking, and bidding farewell).
- Complete required training, including induction, role-specific, and ongoing refresher sessions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
