About the Role

We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our hard-working team at The White Hart Hotel. No experience is required—we only need a good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all areas of the establishment: customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff rooms, and outdoor spaces.
  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines using standard operating procedures.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify the manager when more are needed.
  • Report maintenance and pest-control issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Engage with customers with politeness and professionalism (e.g., greeting, thanking, and bidding farewell).
  • Complete required training, including induction, role-specific, and ongoing refresher sessions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
