About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to:
- Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it remains in safe working order and meets all agreed SLAs
- Develop knowledge of your designated cleaning areas and adhere to health and safety standards
- Follow specified schedules and use cleaning chemicals/elements correctly
- Complete any required training to successfully perform the role
- Work as part of a team, leveraging your own initiative while also collaborating effectively
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and exceed customer expectations through excellent service
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards, within designated timeframes
- Promoting continuous improvement to exceed customer needs -Operating safely within all health and safety protocols and workplace policies
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust work methods as required
- Maintaining a professional, reliable, and proactive approach at all times

Requirements & Qualities
- Clear communication and ability to read/write English
- Previous cleaning experience (helpful, but not mandatory)
- Flexible approach, strong work ethic, self-driven, and determined
- Reliability—punctuality, consistency, and commitment to contracted hours
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
