Position: Full Time Cleaner – Cleaning and Facilities Teams (Defence, Government, Energy)
About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Cleaner (37.5 hours per week) to support our cleaning and facilities teams, delivering clean, safe, and hygienic environments for our clients, customers, and high-profile defence/government sites. If you take pride in detail and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you.
Variable shift patterns apply.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the cleaning and facilities team to ensure:
- Environments are safe, hygienic, and presentable for all users
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing are conducted to a high standard
- Regular sanitisation of surfaces, floors, windows, and high-touch areas
- Immediate action on spillages and other cleaning emergencies
- Emptying and disposing of waste efficiently
- Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies as needed

We’re looking for: ✔ Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail ✔ A passion for hands-on, practical work and maintaining excellent standards ✔ Experience in cleaning roles (though not essential for motivated applicants) ✔ A flexible mind-set to adapt to variable shift schedules
