Cleaner
Cleaner – Full-Time Permanent Role
Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour Hours: 48 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (2pm – 10pm) & Saturday (6am – 2pm) Location: Pladis, Canal Street, South Wigston, Leicester, England (LE18 4PQ)
NOTE: UK Right to Work is a must.
About the Role
We are seeking a strong, professional, flexible individual committed to supporting our clients while maintaining excellence through motivation and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Clear communication skills (essential English fluency)
- Ability to work at height and enthusiastically in a challenging, varied environment
- A collaborative mindset—ability to learn, motivate others, and achieve site objectives
This role reports directly to the Onsite Manager and is team-focused yet autonomous.
Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Clean and maintain various machines and factory areas ([training provided])
- Apply safe cleaning techniques—handle chemicals responsibly
- Manage waste distribution to correct storage areas
- Carry out one-off cleaning tasks as required
- Mini shifts and overtime (covering shortages, audits, or VIP visits)

- Willingness to travel to Pladis site in South Wigston, Leicester
