About the Role
We’re seeking passionate, reliable, and team-focused individuals to join our UK Top Employer. As a Cleaner, you’ll contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our pub to ensure excellent customer experiences.
No prior experience is required—just a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities

Maintaining cleanliness across all areas:
- Customer zones, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff amenities, and external spaces
- Adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Safe chemical and equipment use – following duty-of-care protocols

Supply and inventory management:
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages promptly to line managers

Maintenance & communication:
- Reporting maintenance issues, pest concerns or hygiene risks in real-time
- Delivering friendly, professional customer interactions, including greetings and departures

Continuous improvement – participating in mandatory induction/training and ongoing professional development

- Salary: £12.91/hr + shift premium
- Weekly Commitment: 6 hours (fixed schedule: Mon–Sun, 06:00–08:00)
