Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and reliable Cleaning Team Members to join our growing team.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across a variety of residential homes, Airbnb properties, and commercial premises. Every property should be left to our company standard, ensuring clients receive a consistently outstanding experience.

This is a flexible, part-time role requiring travel between client properties throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services in accordance with company standards.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and communal spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitise, and disinfect all required surfaces.
- Complete property changeovers for Airbnb and short-term rental properties.
- Report maintenance issues or property damage where identified.
- Follow company procedures, health & safety guidelines, and risk assessments.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and the management team.
- Manage your workload efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Represent The Clean House Group professionally at all times.

What We Are Looking For
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
- High attention to detail.
- Pride in producing exceptional results.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but full training can be provided for the right person.
