As a member of our Public Areas Cleaning team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect throughout the resort. From lounges and corridors to entertainment venues and guest facilities, your work will help ensure every area is spotless, safe, and ready to impress.

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Here at Potters Resorts Five Lakes, we are looking for a Resort Cleaner to join our busy Housekeeping team, looking after our public area facilities. Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring that the entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, corridors, toilets, and reception are clean, well maintained, and presented to the highest standards which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Enthusiasm and energy to go the extra mile for our guests
  • To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
  • The ability to prioritise and organise your workload
  • To follow the Resort cleaning processes and COSHH regulations at all times
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
  • Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
  • Support the Housekeeping Management team and your colleagues

Hours

You will be working a combination of shifts on a rotational basis. These are:

  • 06.30 - 15.00
  • 08.30 - 17.00
  • 16.00 - 00.30

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week to include weekends and bank holidays. You will work 5 days out of 7.

Pay

  • £12.71 per hour (over 21 years)
  • £10.85 per hour (18 - 20 years)
