Cleaner – Hagg Farm Outdoor Education Centre (OEC)
About the Role The Cleaner role at Hagg Farm Outdoor Education Centre (Hope Valley, S33 0BJ) is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene for our 62-bed residential centre used by schools and groups. You will work 15 hours per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), Term-Time Only, in a peaceful outdoor setting.

Responsibilities
The role involves key duties, including:
- Maintaining cleanliness of floor areas, windows, walls, furniture, and all surfaces.
- Polishing floors and furniture, plus shampooing carpets and upholstery.
- Deep-cleansing kitchens, work surfaces, and storage facilities.
- Ensuring bathrooms and facilities meet high hygiene standards.
- Assisting with laundry of clothing, bedding, and linens.
- Adhering to strict cleaning schedules with a focus on quality.

Person Specification
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- General education standard.
- Health and safety awareness for a safe working environment.
- Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning.
- Basic understanding of COSHH and risk assessments.
