Job Description: Cleaner at Stoke City Football Club
Stoke City Football Club is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to support the day to day operations across our portfolio. This is a permanent, year-round, full-time position based primarily at the bet365 Stadium, with occasional requirements at the Clayton Wood Training Ground, the Academy Dome, and other facilities as needed. A company vehicle is available for you to use during travel between these sites, ensuring you have everything you need to complete your role.

We will support you in obtaining relevant professional qualifications to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in your duties. Full training is provided for this role, including comprehensive instruction on COSHH regulations.
The successful candidate will be at the heart of the action, working with a busy, friendly team to maintain our stadium and hospitality areas to a high standard. As this is a football club, the role requires flexibility; you will be expected to work evenings and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other ad-hoc events, making every day different.

Main Responsibilities
- Performing general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Managing waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Completing cleaning duties to a high standard while adhering to cleaning schedules, company processes, and policies.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of COSHH regulations and ensuring safe handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
Key Skills and Experience
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
- Consistently professional and well-presented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A full UK driving license is desirable.
