Cleaner
Cleaner – OCS UK & Ireland
About The Role
Working pattern: Variable shifts – 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM
As a Cleaner at OCS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe, clean, and thriving workspaces for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Tidying and maintaining work areas, including cleaning floors and communal spaces
- Hands-on physical tasks requiring standing for extended periods, such as:
- Vacuuming (if onsite)
- Sweeping and mopping (when necessary)
- Emptying bins
- Potentially washing toilets
- Regular customer-facing interaction during day/evening cleaning in public spaces—assisting with queries, cleaning concerns, or incident reporting
- Completing Health & Safety forms and attending required training sessions

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Right to Work in the UK
- Smartphone required for OCS Timegate Attendance System (clocking in/out and completing cleaning records)
- Advantageous but not required: prior cleaning experience (full training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
