About the Role
We’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals who share that enthusiasm!
As a Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our venues feel clean, inviting, and welcoming for every guest.
Your Impact
- Venue Presentation: Maintain high cleaning standards across front-of-house, back-of-house, and restrooms to deliver a polished first impression for all guests.
- Service Support: Work efficiently to reset areas quickly, keep walkways clear, and coordinate cleaning tasks seamlessly with customer flow and venue operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to health & safety, COSHH, and hygiene regulations—reporting any hazards or incidents promptly in line with company policy.
- Team Collaboration: Foster open communication with colleagues to support smooth daily operations and create a cohesive team environment.
