Position: Cleaning Operative
Location: City North, 9 Goodwin Street, N4 3HQ
Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 7am - 3pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
This role will be based on a brand-new development of residential and commercial units in Finsbury Park. This is the first phase of a development that will include 320 residential units and is very close to underground and mainline stations from Finsbury Park station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Cleaning Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate, and inspire others.
- Have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
- Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
- Support your team, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
