We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join our hard-working teams as a Cleaner. No prior experience is needed, just a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The right candidate must be reliable, friendly, and able to work well within a team.

Your role involves ensuring that all areas of the pub are cleaned to the highest standards, enhancing the customer experience.
Daily Tasks:
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas: customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff areas, and outside spaces.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the manager when restocks are needed.
Customer Interaction:
- Polite interaction with customers, including greeting them, saying "thank you" and "goodbye".
Maintenance and Reporting:
- Report maintenance issues and pest-management problems to the on-duty manager.
Compliance and Training:
- Complete required induction training, role-specific training, and ongoing refresher training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
Shift Flexibility:
Our pub operates long hours, so shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes for added flexibility.
