About The Role

You will join the School Cleaning Team as the Cleaner in Charge, responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they have the tools and training to deliver high standards.
  • Monitoring cleanliness across the school, including tables, surfaces, toilets, and waste management.
  • Managing stock levels (cleaning supplies, toiletries, consumables) and liaising with the FM Team Leader.
  • Training new and existing staff on sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and high-level cleaning techniques.
  • Overseeing attendance and arranging cover rotations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to high standards.
  • Conduct induction and refresher training for cleaning teams.
  • Ordering supplies to maintain service quality.
  • Collaborating with on-site staff to resolve operational challenges.

About You – The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented professional with experience in: ✔ High-standard cleaning operations, including:

  • Surface cleaning (tables, unit tops, touchpoints)
  • Toilet and washroom maintenance
  • Replenishing supplies (soap, towels, toilet roll)
  • Waste collection and disposal
  • Use of vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and rotary machines
  • High & low-level dusting
