We currently have a permanent vacancy:

Warout Primary School

15 hours per week, Working Monday to Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm, on a permanent 40-week contract.

  • We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £13.64 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

  • Pay is every 4 weeks.

This work is about ensuring pupils and staff can work in a clean and safe environment every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference.

The Person

No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate.

Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.

You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
