Compass Group UK&I – Full-Time Cleaner (Contract: 37.5 Hours Per Week)
About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams at Compass Group UK&I, helping us uphold our mission to deliver the best and brightest experiences for clients and customers.
Highlights of the Role:
- Support our teams in maintaining safe, clean, and hygienic environments

Shift Pattern (Example Weekly Schedule)
- Monday to Saturday: Full-time daytime shifts (e.g., 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Sunday: See discussion with your line manager
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cleaning and facilities teams to maintain high standards
- Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated areas to a premium standard
- Sanitise surfaces, floors, windows, and high-touchpoints regularly
- Handle spillages promptly and effectively
- Empty and dispose of waste safely
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies

Skills & Experience
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for hands-on, practical work
- Prior cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
- Capable of adapting to varying task requirements
