About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of cleanliness within the building, ensuring all internal areas are kept clean and tidy.
Purpose of the Job
To guarantee that facilities meet the highest standards and remain in a pristine condition, ensuring customers receive a seamless, clean, and enjoyable experience through consistently well-maintained spaces.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Regular Cleaning Tasks:
- Hoover and mop all areas, including reception, bar, kids’ party room, toilets, and changing rooms
- Clean and wipe down all surfaces
- Deep clean all shower areas twice weekly, including descaling of shower heads
- Hygiene and Maintenance:
- Change and replace bins in all facilities
- Stock toilets with adequate supplies (tissue, soap)
- Record Keeping:
- Update and tick off all cleaning checklists daily
- Compliance:
- Adhere to Company Operations Manual administrative procedures
- Follow Company reporting protocols at all times
- Comply with Company Health & Safety policy—ensuring procedures are followed for staff and customers
- General Responsibilities:
- Perform any other duties as necessary, as defined by role requirements
