Job Details
- Salary: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 3:15 PM – 5:15 PM)
About the Role
We have an established partnership with Northgate High School and are seeking a part-time Cleaner. In this role, you will provide essential cleaning services while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining designated areas, including:
- Mopping
- Hoovering
- Wiping down surfaces
- Emptying bins
- Building strong relationships with employees on-site
- Conducting routine safety inspections and strictly adhering to health and safety protocols
- Reporting any issues or defects promptly
Requirements for the Role
We are looking for an individual with:
- Previous cleaning or caretaking experience (desirable, if available)
- Strong understanding of basic site health & safety
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive client relationships
- Independence to work effectively on your own initiative
- Commercial cleaning experience would be a significant advantage
