Cleaning Team Opening - Carlisle Support Services

About The Role

Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Cleaning team, working with prestigious clients such as Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Jaguar Land Rover, Tesco, and BBC StudioWorks.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • General cleaning duties—offices, meeting rooms, toilets, corridors, and public areas
  • Measuring and scoping required work during your shift
  • Litter picking in platforms, car parks, and public areas
  • Cleaning window frames, glazing, signage, seats, and surfaces
  • Sweeping floors, including platforms and entrances
  • Emptying bins and removing waste

Requirements & Selection Process

  • At least 18 years old
  • Willing to learn, develop, and grow in the role
  • Reliable, flexible, always smart in appearance, and professional
  • Enthusiastic and committed to quality results
  • Preferably some experience in cleaning or team-based environments
  • Effective people skills—ability to engage positively with clients and customers
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • Driving licence (not always required)

Application Requirements

Successful candidates must provide original documentation for vetting, including:

  • Passport
  • Driving licence
  • Utility bill or HMRC letter dated within the last 3 months
  • Original bank statement
  • Original payslip (or birth certificate/valid share code)
