Job Description
Morning Cleaner
£26,436.80 (Pro-rata)
6:30 - 9:00 12.5 hours per week
Norse TFM are currently looking to recruit a cleaner on a part-time basis to join the team at Rouen Road.
Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures.
While maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer-facing role will require you to deliver a high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.

- Cleaning and maintaining designated areas: mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
- Building relationships with the client on site.
- Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times.
- Reporting any issues or defects on site.
Your Experience
If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment, then this would be an advantage. However, at Norse, we can offer full training and support for enthusiastic individuals if you can demonstrate:
- Experience working in a role that affects members of the public.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work autonomously, as an individual and as part of a team.
- Capable of managing your own workload.
- Knowledge of relevant health & safety guidelines / legislation would be an advantage.

- A DBS check will be required for our successful candidate.
