About the role/team:

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking people, who have a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills who will take pride in their work and who enjoy cleaning in a variety of areas.

Based at Sutton Bonington Campus main duties include the general cleaning of offices, teaching spaces, laboratories, toilets, corridors, and stairwells, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Previous cleaning experience gained within a similar environment and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

The role can be physically demanding but lifting aids and full training will be provided.

Important Information

  • These positions are based at the Sutton Bonington Campus see more information here which is 10 miles south of University Park on the border of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire at LE12 5RD.

Public transport links are limited before 8.00am, please check public transport timetables and routes and campus location before applying.

Hours of Work:

16 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged, Monday to Thursday between the hours 6-9.15am, and Friday between 6-9am (flexibility will be required) with expectation to support on weekends on occasions and as per business needs.

This position is offered on a permanent basis, working throughout the full calendar year, 52-weeks of the year (including outside of term and student vacation periods) while also are eligible to an additional 15% pay allowance for hours worked in weekends.
