Job Overview
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader (Cleaning) for our EH33 2NE, Edinburgh site.
Shift Details
- 07:30 to 15:30 (Monday to Friday)
- Candidates must be on-site for their scheduled shifts
Key Responsibilities
As the Cleaner - Team Leader, your role will include:
- Overseeing and managing cleaning services across office, laboratory, and general areas, including:
- Surfaces, floors, benches, and corridors
- Acting as a people leader, including deputising in a supervisor’s absence
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in adherence to pharmaceutical/industry compliance
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- A flexible and hard-working attitude
- People leading experience (considered essential)
- Reliable personal transport recommended (due to the facility location)
