[Role Overview]
We are seeking a Permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team supporting Todholm Primary School in Renfrewshire. A fantastic opportunity to deliver critical services that shape high-quality learning environments across the region.
[Salary & Hours]
- Hours: 15 hours per week
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Salary: £13.51 per hour
[About the Role]
Join our vibrant, inclusive community, delivering essential services that ensure schools are safe, clean, and compliant – empowering teachers to inspire students and fostering long-term skill development.
We operate in partnership with our clients to provide 24/7 services with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a high-quality cleaning service aligned with contractual standards
- Controlling stock levels and ordering consumables efficiently
- Operating machinery safely and in line with provided guidelines and training
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times through consistent service quality
- Upholding Health & Safety (H&S) standards across the school contract
- Supporting local and business zero-carbon initiatives, including sustainable practices where applicable

To excel in this role, you should be:
✅ Highly organised, responsible, detailed-orientated, and efficient ✅ A customer service champion, with a friendly, approachable demeanour and positive work ethic ✅ Willing to support others and welcome opportunities to learn and grow ✅ Experienced in handling chemicals and machinery safely
