Cleaner/Housekeeper - Full Time - URGENT
Cleaner – Permanent Position in Award-Winning London Residential Building
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis in a young, energetic residential building based in the city of London.
Working with one of the largest and most award-winning property management companies in London, you’ll enjoy shift flexibility and access to training as part of your role.
What’s On Offer
- Rate of Pay: £13.60 per hour
- Shift Pattern: Rota-based
- Hours: Full-time
- Monthly Pay (calculated accordingly)
- Permanent Contract
- Free Staff Parking
- Confirmed Start Dates: On or before 01 July 2026

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of all communal areas, including:
- Reception spaces
- Corridors
- Lifts
- Staircases
- Regularly clean high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for all residents
- Empty bins and manage waste collection following building standards
- Respond promptively to resident and site team cleaning requests
- Clean apartments for:
- End-of-tenancy checks
- General apartment cleaning requests
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, or health and safety concerns to the management team
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly and safely after each shift
- Support the site team with additional tasks during peak periods or special events
- Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional presence, upholding the high standards of the development
