Cleaning Account Manager
Full Driving Licence is Essential
5 days per week - Monday to Friday (with some weekend flexibility)
40 hours per week (available to work with flexible working hours is essential) over time available
Start time - Variable (to suit the needs of the business)
Annual Salary - £30,000 rising to £32,000 on completion of probation period.
Type of cleaning - Varied Locations, potential deep cleans, buffing and carpet cleans/general cleaning
Company Vehicle and mobile phone provided
Location:
South of Manchester area (Macclesfield, South Warrington etc)
Experience:
- Cleaning operative, minimum 6 months (desirable)
- Supervisory/Management experience, minimum 6 months (essential)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, to uphold our Company Values of Trust, Respect and Support in all aspects, to ensure the company is always represented in a professional & positive manner.
Responsibilities:
- To liaise with our clients, always delivering excellent customer care. Communicating all issues relating to the site promptly & effectively, to the client, whilst working towards resolving these as quickly and professionally as possible.
- To meet with clients & obtain Monthly quality audits, in line with the agreed frequencies.
- Ensure our time and attendance system is updated daily.
- Recruiting Staff when required, ensuring all paperwork is in place using our onboarding system.
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies are adhered to
- Liaise with Line Manager, other Account Managers and Departments as and when required.
- Provide a daily report/update to your Senior Account Manager.
