About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client’s prestigious site operating within the southwest of the country from Penzance, Western-super-Mare to Southampton and everything in-between.
Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor
- Supervising a large cleaning team across 26 sites, which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing, and stock check
- Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
- Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
- Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
- Working as part of a team
- Managing an automated payroll system
- Managing absence, investigations, and any other HR processes within your team
- Growing operatives using the probation and 121 review process

Job Role Requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
- Do you have a minimum 2-year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners?
- Do you have a full UK driver’s license?
- Do you have knowledge of COSHH?
- Do you have a good eye for detail?
- Are you reliable and trustworthy?
- Can you work well with a team?
- Do you take pride in your work?
- Are you flexible to meet the needs of the business?
