Cleaning Contract Manager
Contract Manager – Contract Cleaning
The Opportunity
An opportunity to join one of the market leaders in professional support services in Europe has arisen due to new mobilisations and continued growth. We are looking for an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager who wants to:
- Manage their own business area (including P&L)
- Directly control their team, client relationships, and results
- Oversee Health & Safety (H&S), including COSHH, BICS & IOSH

The Package
- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (basic)
- Uncapped commission
- Car allowance/Company car
- 35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
- Home-based/Flexible hours
The Territory
Aberdeen, Peterhead, Inverurie, Inverness, Dundee, Montrose, Forfar & Huntly

Main Responsibilities
- Contract/Site Management
- Ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to.
- Client Liaison
- Plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction using the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure.
- Address client queries and complaints promptly.
- Financial Oversight
- Control contract financial performance against budgets.
- Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for contract extension, additional work, and facility services sales.
- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team as needed.
- Supply Management
- Ensure adequate on-site supplies.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, induct, and train new employees.
- Discipline & Grievances
- Resolve disciplinary/grievance matters in line with company policy.
- Team Leadership
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to managers and supervisors.

The Person
We are looking for an individual with:
- Experience in managing multiple commercial cleaning accounts
- A strong management style with expertise in:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Training and development
- A passion for people management
- Qualifications/experience in Health & Safety
- Experience in client liaison and presentation
- A full clean driving licence
