Cleaning Manager
Working Pattern: Varied Mornings (06:00–11:00)
We’re recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to lead our professional and driven cleaning team, overseeing every aspect of service delivery and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll ensure consistent excellence in cleaning standards and efficient team management. Core duties include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and actively assisting with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms, and any ad hoc high-priority areas.
- Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, performance reviews, and new employee hiring.
- Identifying training needs and delivering on-site training while maintaining accurate training records.
- Supporting personnel issues, investigating incidents such as personal accidents, health & safety concerns, and disciplinary matters.
- Responsibility for procurement and stock management of cleaning products, ensuring compliance with site budget allocations.

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum preference (but not essential) for existing experience in cleaning management, supervision, or a similar supervisory environment
- Proven skills in staff rotation, coaching, and HR compliance basics
- Exceptional customer service focus aligned with high standards
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to varying shifts
