Cleaning Manager - Credenhill
Are you an experienced Facilities or Soft Services Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service, leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence?
We are looking for a Cleaning Manager to take overall responsibility for the delivery of FM services across a varied and dynamic estate. You'll lead a team of FM professionals, manage supplier relationships, ensure service excellence and work closely with our client to continuously improve performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the FM team to deliver outstanding service standards.
- Managing cleaning and soft services operations in line with contractual requirements.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and company procedures.
- Managing labour, equipment and resource budgets to achieve operational targets.
- Overseeing rotas, timesheets, payroll administration and workforce planning.
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers including waste, laundry, pest control and other support services.
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Driving continuous improvement across quality, cost, delivery and safety.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing a cleaning or soft services operation within a commercial environment.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and COSHH.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- IT literate with strong numerical and administrative skills.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Flexible approach to work and travel as required.
