About the Role

Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday – 6am to 12pm

We’re recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team.

You’ll oversee all cleaning and associated duties carried out by your supervisory team.

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  • Oversee and assist with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms, and ad hoc areas.
  • Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, and recruiting new employees when needed.
  • Identify training needs on-site, conduct training where possible, and maintain records.
  • Involvement in investigation matters such as personal accidents or disciplinary investigations.
  • Responsibility for monitoring cleaning products, maintaining stock levels, and submitting orders within site budgets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have right to work in the UK.
  • Ideally, have previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field.
  • Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance is desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Be able to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and be flexible with working hours and days.
