Based across London, all sites within the M25 £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE) + company car/allowance
About the Role
We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager to join our thriving London division where you will be responsible for a few Managers and multi-sites across a variety of public sector and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Reporting into the Regional Director, the role of Operations Manager will support the drive for profitable growth in the region through development and leadership of an effective team that operates through the Churchill values. Delivering excellent service to existing Local and National customers, you will operate efficiency to maintain and expand the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll be:
- Responsible for operational and strategic management and delivery of all services.
- Supporting a team of managers, working with them on the front line to maximise client retention and growth.
- Analysing the business and production of operating strategies for the region.
- Managing client engagement, and driving innovation and mobilisation of any new business wins.
- Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.

Requirements
As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll have:
- Proven people management experience with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams across multiple sites to deliver the best possible outcome.
- The ability to use own initiative to problem solve in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Experience gained ideally with a mixture of client groups including commercial, local authority and education.
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management, Health and Safety awareness and IT literacy.
- Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
