Cleaning Operative

Part-Time Cleaner

Location: Inverness (IV2 area)

Pay: £15.00 per room / Weekly Pay (every Friday)

Hours: Various hours (as per rota)

Shifts: Monday–Sunday, 09:00–16:00

Requirement: Must be reliable with good attention to detail


About The Role

Kingdom Cleaning has a great opportunity for a Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at a student accommodation site in the Inverness area.

This is a flexible role, where you will be responsible for delivering high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all areas are maintained safely and hygienically.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning all areas within the contract to a high standard
  • Vacuuming carpets and cleaning hard floors (sweeping and mopping)
  • Dusting and wiping surfaces including desks, shelves, and equipment
  • Emptying waste and recycling bins and disposing of rubbish appropriately
  • Cleaning internal glass windows and doors
  • Cleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, and washroom facilities
  • Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels
  • Cleaning and sanitising kitchen areas, appliances, and sinks
  • Maintaining cleanliness in communal areas such as kitchens and break rooms

Additional Information

  • You will be required to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
  • You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately
  • Pay is provided weekly (every Friday) via HIVE 360 Payroll Services
  • This role is initially on a temporary basis and not directly employed by Kingdom Service Group
  • There may be the opportunity in the future to transfer onto a permanent Kingdom contract
  • Hours and shifts may vary depending on site requirements
